I don’t suggest this fantasy you may kill your girlfriend. Pretending she is dead when you fuck her is totally separate from the health risks she may take to create this fantasy for you. Everyones body is different and there is no answer to how long she can last in a cold bath. The temperature of the bath will be what defines how fast her temperature drops. She can get hypothermia from sitting in the cold water and it could set in within 15 minutes. Some people survive hypothermia but you may cause all kinds of permanent issues. My personal suggestion is to stick an ice cube in her vagina and have some cold sex that way. Your risk is way to big to create this fantasy.
