Well reality is any interaction with your penis and her vagina inside or outside can result in pregnancy. Typically the correct way to use VCF (Vaginal Contraceptive Film) is to insert the film or foam 15 minutes before you have sex and it will help protect against pregnancy up to an hour.
Typically VCF is not a great source for protecting against pregnancy by itself. Condoms people! Condoms are the best way to protect yourself and use a real birth control like a pill or IUD. If you are not going to protect yourself or your partner you should probably not be having sex. There are many other ways to be creative sexually with each other.
