Since you both seem young in regards to experience based on how the question was asked i’m wondering if you ever tried asking her “what kind of pain she is having during sex?” It could be as simple as adding lubrication. The lubrication will make less friction between the penis and vagina. Or does it hurt her when your penis goes deeper inside of her? If it is due to your penis going deeper and further inside of her this could be due to multiple different reasons. Your penis may be too long for her, her vaginal canal may be very short, she may possibly have an STD, infection, or she may have been sexually abused and have trauma.
There is a possibility that she may not be interested in sex, with or without pain. Not all women have a need for sex. Seems to me either way you may want to try getting to know her better before pushing sex.
