Would it offend me?  I’m pretty darn sure that being told i’m giving head wrong could take a blow to my ego.  I take pride in giving blow jobs and pleasing my partner.  I have had one partner request a different technique and I was not offended but was thrown off my game.

Something to remember is that the person who is complaining about a blow job probably is either missing their frontal lobe or actually took their time contemplating what the best way was to tell you.  From my personal moments when this occurred I was stunned but took the direction given on how to please my partner very seriously.  I was not too toothy or too soft but my hands were not in the correct place.

If your partner is using too much teeth ask them to use their tongue too.  If they suck too soft you can tell them that they can suck harder.
